short rant journal, aye?

i bid on a 'your character here' auction on another website, held by a prominent artist in the community. i had the leading bid for one of the characters. the auction went PAST the date it was supposed to close, by about two or three weeks. why? the artist was holding out for more money. AND THEN. they go ahead and make a journal and ANOTHER 'your character here' auction stating that they were holding this one because the other one 'didn't work'. basically, you're a dick and wanted more money than you were going to get. because $75 for a SIMPLE--and i do mean SIMPLE--piece of artwork isn't enough for you. why offer it as an auction then? why not just slap a price on both characters and wait for someone to bite if you're so greedy?

honestly, calling bullshit. i will never commission this person OR bid on any of their auctions again. just truly shows me how much of an asshole they really are.
